Arrival and Setup Times

  • ARRIVAL: Vehicles in the Show N Shine (only) can arrive on Sunday 18 January from 8am
    JUDGING: Starting at 1130am
    PRESENTATIONS: From 1pm

    If you are a truck in the Convoy 4 Kids you will arrive with the Convoy.

  • START: BP Station Near the Logic Centre - Murray Valley Highway Lot 1 SC, Barnawartha North VIC 3691
    ARRIVE FROM: 8am
    DEPARTING: 9am

  • SATURDAY SETUP: From 1pm
    SUNDAY SETUP: 6am to 8am
    TRADING TIME: 8am to 2pm
    TAKE DOWN: From 2pm

    PLEASE NOTE: The Showground is not secure and any items you choose to set-up on the Saturday you do so at your own risk
