TICKETS ON SALE FOR ROCKING NYE EVENTS

Wagga Skyworks has launched the second release program for this year’s event and opened ticket sales for the Waterfront NYE Party at the Wagga Wagga Boat Club and New Year’s on the Green at the Wagga Wagga Country Club.

The entertainment program for the free family event at APEX Park will feature a thrilling showcase of on-water displays, live music and performances for the kids, and a wide range of children’s activities in the APEX Park Family Picnic Area from 4.30pm.

Thomas Bro’s Group Dealer Principal, Daniel Martelozzo is excited about the program for the inaugural event and has promised more news and announcements to come.

“We’ve secured a fantastic line-up of local artists who’ll provide live music and entertainment for families with children of all ages. We’ve got something up our sleeve for the kids and can’t wait to reveal who’ll be taking to the skies soon!” Daniel proclaimed.

Residents and their guests will get their groove on to the sounds of The Groove Factorie who will take the stage at 6pm. There’ll be amusement rides, a car show and a variety of food trucks to explore as the sun sets, and both The Mighty Yak and The Convicts rock-out on stage. The Fiery Fireworks Finale will woo attendees and the residents of Lake Albert from 9.30pm before the crowds disperse at 10pm.

Party-goers are encouraged to continue the festivities at one of the cities safe and secure licensed venues or in the comfort of their own backyard.

Some of the best seats in the house will be at the Wagga Wagga Boat Club, where they’re be a beach party with an Hawaiian shirt theme, Aussie BBQ and live entertainment by crowd favourite Wobbly Boot. Admission to The Waterfront NYE Party @ the Boatie is $35 for adults and free for children 17 years and under.

Wagga Wagga’s premier NYE event, New Year’s on the Green will be held at the Wagga Wagga Country Club. Event sponsors and the guests of this classy function will be treated to a scrumptious three-course meal, complementary drinks and live music by Caleb & Alex and The Groove Factorie until late. Adult admission at the early-bird rate is $175pp and tickets are limited.
