Get ready to be inspired by the incredible journey of Dan Owen as he takes on the "Indian Pacific Wheel Ride" to raise funds for Country Hope. This solo bicycle challenge will see Dan pedal his way through a whopping 5471km - Talk about determination!

THE RIDE

Dan will depart from Fremantle on Saturday, the 16th of March, and aims to arrive at the Sydney Opera House on Saturday, the 6th of April, 2024. This ride is inspired by the "Indian Pacific Wheel Race" (IPWR) and follows the original route.

ACHIEVING A MASSIVE GOAL

Dan has never completed such a long ride before, and his goal is to reach Sydney by the arrival date. Typically, only half the field manages to complete the trip, let alone make it within their desired time. Dan is determined to give it his all to arrive in 21 days, but has no idea if he can do it! Regardless, Dan plans to finish, no matter how long it takes.

SUPPORTING A GREAT CAUSE

Dan is also raising funds for Country Hope to support country families who have a child diagnosed with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. By participating in this grueling adventure, Dan aims to make a significant impact on the lives of these families and help them through their challenging times.

This fundraising initiative is not just about covering a long distance on a bicycle; it's about making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Every pedal stroke Dan takes will bring him closer to his goal and will provide much-needed support for Country Hope and the families we assist.

So, let's rally together and support Dan Owen on his incredible journey. Whether you donate, share his story, or cheer him on from afar, your contribution will make a real difference. Together, we can help bring hope and support to those who need it most. Join us as we ride alongside Dan on this extraordinary adventure and let's make a lasting impact together!
